Our address is Downham Health and Leisure Centre, 7-9 Moorside Road, Downham, with clear signage directing you to the centre. Our Sat Nav reference is BR1 5EP. The centre is also accessible by bus, with the nearest train station, Grove Park Station, a 5 minute walk from site (0.6 miles) and the nearest bus stop a 1 minute walk from site (local buses 136, 181 and 124).
The car park has ample spaces including accessible parking at the front of the building. Parking is free for leisure centre customers up to 2.5 hours when inputting your car registration details at the reception desk.
