Further Details

What are the rules for my dog?
Dogs must be kept on a lead until you are ready to enter the pool area. Once the session has begun, you may remove their lead.

What about life jackets?
You are welcome to bring your own canine life jacket, as we do not provide them on-site.

What should I do upon arrival?
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your session begins. Head straight to the gate next to the old reception doors for check-in.

Are there changing rooms?
Yes, our changing rooms will be open. For your convenience, a secure "doggy parking" area will be available to safely tie your dog while you change. We recommend arriving in your swimwear to help the sessions run smoothly.

Can I bring spectators?
Yes, spectators are welcome to enter for a small admission fee paid at the door.

What's the water temperature?
The pool will be heated to approximately 25°C to ensure a comfortable experience for both dogs and their owners.

Where should my dog go to the toilet?
We have open grass space around the pool. Please use the bins provided to pick up and dispose of any waste. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
