These terms are applicable from the 1 April 2026. All other sites are governed by our standard ‘General’ terms.
These General Terms apply to all services, products, and platforms provided by Parkwood Leisure, Legacy Leisure, Lex Leisure, 1 Life Management Solutions, and Creating Active Futures, and set out the rules and responsibilities for using our websites, facilities, programmes, and digital services.
These terms and conditions apply specifically where Active Communities Together acts as an agent of the Local Authority, outlining the rules and responsibilities for participating in its activities, accessing resources, and engaging with its services and digital platforms.
